Our team met Mr. I Nyoman Sulatra after he had a stroke in September 2019. We gave him a wheelchair shortly afterwards. He is married and has 2 children that are in middle school. Since Mr. Sulatra had a stroke, his wife has become the backbone of the family. She is now the primary source of income and works as a day laborer, doing a variety of jobs. With the lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been more challenging for his wife to find consistent work.
Their family is so very thankful to receive a food packet from the Access Life Bali team. Whenever our team visits, they are always grateful for the care and attention they receive. They are impressed that our team would come from so far away to help them in this difficult season.
